TOORX Balance Board proprioceptive board
TOORX Balance Board consists of a support platform on which you stand and an instability element made up of a hemisphere, located in the center of the board.
The Balance Board is made of wood and features a diameter of 40 cm.
The purpose of this board is to help you improve balance, strengthen leg muscles, and serve as an excellent tool for various types of rehabilitation.
The unstable element that creates the "imbalance" is a hemisphere that allows the board to rotate 360 degrees.
