Trango Rock Prodigy Training Center hangboard with the Fixed Pin The Rock Climber's Training Manual to get the most out of your hangboard training. The innovative hangboard was developed by the Anderson brothers, climbers of 8c+, who have made their very precise and consistent training method their strong point.
The hangboard has the absolute uniqueness of being divided into two parts, allowing you to adapt it to your body type and minimize the risk of injury during the training program.
The holds are exactly symmetrical, and the Rock Prodigy offers a very wide variety of different grips: from the warming handles and two sloping holds at the top, to the two sets of side pinches (large - medium - small), to a wide variety of more or less deep, sloping, and wide edges on which to train your fingers together or individually.
The manual provides a step-by-step training plan. Each exercise is described and explained in great detail to allow all users to train and improve their climbing grade, both indoor and outdoor.
This book also differentiates training based on the discipline practiced in climbing, thus offering personalized programs for bouldering climbers, sport climbers, or traditional climbing.
Finally, it should be specified that all the exercises included have been studied and tested on professional climbers to validate their effectiveness.
