Unparallel UP Float is a shoe designed for intermediate and advanced climbers, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, with particular attention to comfort during gym climbing without sacrificing performance.
The split sole combines 3.5 mm of RS rubber in the front and 3.5 mm of RH rubber in the back. The toe features a printed UP rand and a printed toe patch, solutions designed to facilitate toe hooks on challenging moves. The asymmetric sole, with a rounded slingshot design, wraps around the foot providing a snug fit and increased sensitivity, also useful for heel hooks. The shape has an aggressive curvature and the midsole has a declared hardness of hard.
The upper is unlined and made of synthetic micro material, which is also used for the insole; the tongue combines synthetic micro and perforated Aeroprene. The model is vegan. The closure is via a V-shaped Velcro strap. The weight is 510 g per pair.
