Versante Sud Daone Boulder is a climbing guide where you will find over 1800 routes plus the boulderpark of Val Daone!
You can explore and discover one of the most sought-after destinations in Europe for bouldering, with its incredible number of granite blocks. More than 1800 routes, 10 sectors located between 800 and 2000 meters above sea level in unspoiled nature. A gem provided by the local administration for families and those taking their first steps on natural rock is the boulderpark: an area where the boulders, although immersed in a beautiful forest, present higher safety standards compared to other areas.
The guide is enriched with dozens of QR codes that will allow you to easily reach points of interest, from parking lots to boulders, as well as view videos of ascents and interesting cultural profiles presenting the main climbers who are the architects of this paradise.
The guide is curated by Stefano Montanari from the Mad Climbers boulder room in Brescia. He was one of the first discoverers of the valley's potential, and much of the initial cleaning work is owed to him and his friends. After this effort, he did not stop and continued to discover, clean, and share new boulders and new projects, involving more and more people.
