Völkl Rise Up 82 alpine touring skis are characterized by a sporty and lightweight design, conceived to facilitate the ascent, making it fun and high-performing. The descent will be just as enjoyable with the necessary stability and maximum control, guaranteed by Rise UP 82.

This model has three different radii of curvature, and in turns, its behavior is determined by the dominant radius based on the edge angle.

The hybrid Tourlite wood core gives the ski lightness and ensures the best performance in descent. The full sidewall guarantees stability and durability.

The new Smart Skinclip system is compatible with Fibre Tech and Smart Glue skins.

TOURLITE WOODCORE

Sophisticated laminated wood core that is particularly lightweight, developed specifically for ski touring. In the area around the steel edges, the poplar, selected each time based on weight, provides the necessary stability, while the soft and lightweight Paulownia ensures good flexibility at the center of the ski. Beech adequately reinforces the binding area, ensuring a solid grip for the screws. In the center of the core, an Isocore zone shaped through CNC milling contributes to optimal durability and dynamic development. Only the lightest elements from each supply are chosen for the core of this ski.

SMART SKINCLIP

The newly designed Smart Skinclip system allows the ski mountaineer to independently decide, based on the situation, in which direction to put on or take off the skin. A standard carabiner placed at the tail of the ski allows for attaching and detaching the skin from behind. However, the skin can also be put on and taken off quickly from the front. This new flexibility is made possible by an elastic carabiner, easy to grasp even with gloves. A slight depression on the tip of the ski offers the carabiner a lateral guide and prevents accidental release of the skin while walking.
