YY Vertical Warm Up Egg is a ball designed for warming up and rehabilitating hands and fingers, aimed at protecting and activating the joints. Developed in collaboration with physiotherapist Julien Rémillieux, it offers resistance suitable for sensitive fingers or those in recovery.
The ergonomic oval shape allows for various modes of use, both with global pressure and working finger by finger. The orientation of the grip allows for modulation of intensity: on the horizontal axis it promotes palm work, while on the vertical axis it increases resistance.
It can be used for joint warming before climbing, for rehabilitation after finger or hand injuries, for daily work on fine motor skills and dexterity, and for light strengthening of the intrinsic muscles of the hand, including finger adduction exercises and localized palm pressure.
Compact, lightweight, and easy to carry, it is suitable for use in any context.
Dimensions: 9 cm × diameter 6 cm. Weight: 26 g. Material: polyurethane foam (PU).
