Beal Joker Soft 9.1 mm Unicore Dry Cover climbing rope with triple homologation is the softer version of the Joker Dry Cover. The sensation to the touch is that of an extremely manageable rope, which slides very smoothly inside the belay device, which is very comfortable and which, thanks to its low weight, is not in the way as you climb towards the chain.
Joker Soft is created with Unicore technology, which securely binds the sock and core to create a stronger rope. The Thermo Fluid treatment contributes to the homogeneity of the sock, which results in the general handling of the rope. Joker Soft is also impregnated with the Dry Cover treatment, which consists of a protection against water, humidity and dust on the rope sock. This process also extends the lifespan of the rope.
Joker Soft, also given its rather thin diameter, is intended for expert sport climbers, who have no problems using a rope that runs a lot in the belayer and who need a high-performance tool.
