Dear customer, in these days with a difficult situation we wish to inform you that you can always count on Oliunìd for your climbing needs! Although our shops are closed by decree, indeed, shipments and customer service are always active.

 

 

We are taking shifts to make sure that shipments are regular: every afternoon GLS and UPS couriers collect the parcels we have prepared during the day. This means that shipments leave regularly both to Italy and abroad. Of course there are some areas where couriers are more difficult to deliver and it is unfortunately natural to expect delays.

 

 

To help us, we ask you to be very careful when entering your shipping address: if we avoid mistakes, we will not force the courier to try a second delivery and we will therefore save him a trip! If you have saved your business address in your account and now you are at home, please remember to change the address for this delivery!

 

 

At the same time, our customer service remains as active as usual. If you need advice or information about your order once it has been placed, just write to support@oliunid.it: we are ready to assist you as we always have! Even if you need to make a return you don't have to worry: we remind you that you always have 100 days to send back the product you don't want to keep!

 

 

Finally we want to spend two lines to wish you a special wish.
