The Solutions to the 2026 Easter Egg Hunt

We're ready to reveal the solutions to this year’s Easter Egg Hunt! Congratulations to everyone who managed to find all the eggs and unlock all the discount codes!

Here are this year's answers:

The first clue asked you to identify the shoes worn by a climber who free soloed a skyscraper live on Netflix. 

It was Alex Honnold on Taipei 101, and the shoes were the La Sportiva TC Pro in a yellow and black colorway (created especially for him), the same ones he wore on El Capitan in 2017.

On the TC Pro page, the second clue was hidden: a climber who had flashed four consecutive 8C boulders, wearing two different knee pads. 

The solution was the Send Large Slim knee pad, the one Adam Ondra wore on his right leg on Celestite, one of the most technical and kneebar-dependent boulders in the world.

The third clue described a 17-year-old who had free climbed a route barefoot that had not been climbed for 35 years, and asked you to think about the belayer: Had they had the chance to try out a well-known brand's new belay device? 

The solution was the Petzl Grigri+. The protagonist was Erwan Legrand, son of François Legrand, who on 11 February 2026 free climbed Le Bombé Bleu at Buoux in just 15 sessions.

The last clue was about a climber who had taken 240 sessions to order his favourite hot drink. The solution was hidden in our site's menu: a fake product page dedicated to Café Colombia, the 9c sent by Jorge Diaz-Rullo in Margalef.
