Owl Climb Poker is a simple to use climbing boards that offers you many different training possibilities. Unique in its kind, the peculiarity of this beam is that once the brackets that are supplied are mounted on the wall, you can choose the direction to use of the beam.
If, in fact, you do not have all the sockets that your gym offers you, you must not be afraid of not being able to train a certain pre-tension and therefore lose strength. With Poker, in fact, you have several types of presences and above all different depths.
Depending on the exercise you want to do, therefore you will only need to rotate the beam on its brackets to get everything you find below. Brilliant no? This therefore allows you to also do many different exercises and with more or less kilos of overload!
Specifically, the external notches distributed on four sides have variable depth depending on the side (25-20-15-10 mm). Same thing also for mono-bi fingers that go from 40 to 30 and then again 25 and 20 mm. The central area is then equipped with a notch dedicated to single arm work which also varies its depth (30-25-20-15 mm).
