Dominioni Editore Alpinist is a board game perfect for mountain lovers, to spend evenings in company and also to make your children passionate about the world of mountaineering.
The Alpinist takes up a famous nineteenth-century game and turns out to be highly scenographic: the board on which you play is in fact a castle made up of three pieces that combined together form the profile of a mountain and the pawns move right there!
The rules of the game, however, have been changed and renewed and have also been enriched by an initial story that makes the game also educational as well as fun.
It is a kind of goose game with 80 stages. At each stage the player can be favored or penalized by the rules of the game: he can stop, proceed or even retreat.
The complete game of all its rules aims to enhance the fundamental values of climbing and mountaineering such as solidarity, help and friendship.
Please note that L'Alpinista has no plastic game pieces and is in Italian.
