CAMP Turbohand blocking handle is designed for ascending a fixed rope, ideal for caving, artificial climbing, work at height and offers innovation, functionality and exceptional ergonomics.
The handle is in fact characterized by a patented sliding pulley for an incomparable efficiency during the ascent and for low wear both on the rope and on the handle itself.
The handle is made of rubber and characterized by an extension on the upper part to allow two-handed use.
The body is sturdy, made of 3.5 mm thick aluminum alloy, and has a geometry designed for use on the crosspieces.
The stainless steel cam has an ideal shape for the descent with alternate releases, while the drainage holes for mud and dirt both on the cam and on the body ensure the self-cleaning of the tool. The cam opening system, equipped with a convenient button that can be operated with a limited movement of the thumb, is incorporated within the structure to prevent accidental opening.
The Turbohand can also be used as a blocking pulley (only for material recovery, max 50 kg).
Certified according to EN 12841 / B for semi-static ropes from 10 to 13 mm and according to EN 567 for ropes from 8 to 13 mm.
