The Arc'teryx Lithos SL climbing harness is a dynamic, lightweight model precisely engineered to provide an absolute feeling of lightness both during warm-ups and in the most challenging redpoint attempts. The heart of this harness is represented by the new evolution of Warp Strength Technology, which integrates a structural fabric directly into the back panel; this solution simplifies construction and drastically increases support while maintaining an incredibly slim profile with a belt of only 2 mm. One of the most important innovations is the introduction of a revolutionary sizing system that allows for independent combination of waist and thigh measurements based on the size chart, offering a customized fit and the perfect anatomical ratio for lasting comfort on the wall.
Attention to technical details emerges in every functional element: both thigh straps are made from a single piece of continuous webbing, a design choice that eliminates seams in critical high-wear areas, increasing longevity and offering unlimited mobility in the most technical movements. The harness is equipped with a service ring and two shaped gear loops with snap-fit attachment, strategically positioned to facilitate quickdraws and capable of holding an entire set of quickdraws while maintaining a sleek and minimalist design. The new forged buckle improves tightening action for quick and secure adjustment, while the rear elastic is easily detachable with one hand (even while wearing the harness) and is easily replaceable to extend the product's lifespan.
Made from highly elastic and water-repellent Burly™ Double Weave fabric (composed of 56% nylon, 34% polyester, and 10% elastane) with contrasting inserts in 690 denier smooth Cordura 6.6, the Lithos SL ensures extraordinary abrasion resistance session after session. In terms of sustainability and environmental impact, the harness complies with PFAS regulations and uses main and secondary fabrics approved by the strict bluesign criteria. For product maintenance, only surface cleaning is recommended, strictly prohibiting washing in water, using a dryer, dry cleaning, or ironing to avoid compromising the structural integrity of the heat-sealed materials.
