BD Black Diamond ATC Guide Alpine belay device climbing
BD Black Diamond ATC Guide Alpine is a belay device designed for mountaineering. It is lighter and more compact than the classic ATC Guide.
It accommodates ropes with a diameter ranging from 6.9 mm to 9 mm but is optimized for diameters between 8.1 and 8.5 mm.
With the ATC Guide Alpine, it is possible to belay one or two seconds and perform double rope descents.
