BD Black Diamond Index Ascender locking handle speleo is designed for rope ascent, difficult or particularly challenging passages, traverses.
Index Ascender is a very comfortable Jumar thanks to the ergonomic dual-density grip, and you can use it comfortably with one or two hands, with or without gloves.
The two lower holes allow the use of two carabiners (one for the lanyard and one for the foot loop).
The lever integrated into the body prevents accidental catches, the rope clamp is serrated and has a groove that eliminates impurities and keeps the blocker functioning even if the rope is wet, dirty, or icy.
BD Black Diamond Index Ascender is a robust and reliable handle that can handle any condition.
