BD Black Diamond Raven With Grip is a mountaineering ice axe, the evolution of a historic model from Black Diamond that has allowed climbers around the world to scale the most beautiful peaks!
Now redesigned, it is lighter and features a micro-cast stainless steel head with a shovel, safe, effective, and comfortable to use. The grip geometry and the shovel allow for more secure placements and efficient cutting, while the tip adds better grip on those technical and delicate icy passages. The durable aerospace aluminum handle has been improved with a trapezoidal cross-section to provide you with a more comfortable and better grip.
This version includes a comfortable dual-density shaped grip and a convenient wrist strap!
