Description
The Rocket XS by CAMP is an extra short ice screw, available in lengths of 7 and 9 cm, specifically designed for progression on thin ice where standard screws cannot be used. Its lightweight yet robust construction employs a Chrome-Molybdenum steel tube, ensuring durability and performance. The front drill has been designed to ensure easy and quick placement even in the coldest and most compact ice, while the reverse threading offers exceptional grip in all conditions. The steel plate is bent and aligned with the screw, a solution that allows for optimal load transfer and makes it convenient to carry on both sides of the harness. The knobs in different colors allow for immediate identification of the length. Given its specificity, the Rocket XS is not certified as an anchor point, but is intended solely as an aid for progression on critical ice sections.
