CT Climbing Technology Classic-K Slider set via ferrata
CT Climbing Technology Classic-K Compact is a via ferrata set compliant with the new EN 958:2017 certification.
Equipped with a Slider energy absorber (Patent Pending) with progressive tearing, Classic-K Compact can be used by children, teenagers, and adults whose weight ranges from 40 Kg excluding equipment to 120 Kg including equipment. In the mentioned system, it ensures a gradual response in case of a user's fall, thus avoiding severe static falls.
The carabiners are easy to use, featuring an automatic anti-rotation sleeve. The lever opening is very wide to allow comfortable handling of the carabiner. They are also equipped with a rubber Fixbar placed at the base of the carabiner, which prevents it from rotating around the webbing.
The arms, on the other hand, are retractable (extendable from 40 cm to 70 cm) and connected in a Y shape to the textile energy absorber via a sturdy webbing that also serves as a third connection point. Excellent when there is a need to rest.
The dissipator is finally stored inside a small zippered case, easily inspectable.
