CT Climbing Technology Hyper-Spike crampons

CT Climbing Technology Hyper - Spike hybrid crampon with 13 points. It comes with a single point setup Hook and Blade. It is a versatile crampon due to the various possible setups but is especially a high-performance vertical crampon. The structure is made of tempered steel with a front part shaped to fit the boot.

The front points are serrated to penetrate even the hardest ice effectively. The second row of serrated points is designed to grip on any roughness in any direction. The third row of flat points has been designed to provide more stability on the ground: the points are of different lengths, with the side points being longer and the central points shorter.

The heel piece features rear wings to keep the boot secure even in the smallest sizes. 

The closure system is easy and quick, allowing you to tighten the crampon with just one hand.

A transport bag is also included.

Here are the different configurations of this crampon:

- Single point with Blade point: this small Blade point should always be used together with the Hook point, it is mounted laterally and allows for better precision in lateral hooking on small roughness both in ice and rock. Excellent for mixed climbing or for training on dry-tooling.

- Single point Hook: this point used alone is ideal for more technical ice climbing, penetrating deeply into all ice morphologies, thus increasing efficiency and stability.

- Dual point with double Hook: the two adjacent Hook points increase the support surface, making them excellent for less steep terrains compared to icefalls, such as snowfields or glaciers (The second HOOK point must be purchased separately).
