Didak's Ascension Board peg board climbing travel
Didak's Ascension Board peg board is a perforated wooden panel that is excellent for improving your training at home, in the garage, or at the gym. It doesn't require much space and you can place it wherever you want. It is a simple training system that allows for dynamic movement and increases the strength of the arm muscles, back, and the so-called "core strength". It is used by moving the two pegs (provided) into the fourteen holes along the panel's length. Supplied with four screws for mounting.
