Didak's Paraboltheworld Hangboard is a climbing hangboard made of polyurethane, extremely lightweight and super easy to install.
Essential yet perfect for tackling your entire training session, this hangboard features three rows of holds with different depths.
You will indeed have three rows of edges from the deepest to the smallest: you can perform pull-ups and hangs both with your body weight and with added weight.
At the top, you will find flat holds where you can warm up well without immediately overloading your cold fingers.
