Edelweiss Kinetic assisted braking climbing belay device
Edelweiss Kinetic is an assisted braking belay device for climbing. Very compact, lightweight, durable, and easy to use, Kinetic accommodates single ropes with diameters ranging from 8.5 mm to 10.5 mm (optimized for diameters between 9 and 10 mm). This belay device is therefore compatible with the thinnest single ropes currently available on the market!
Made entirely of metal, this device is extremely strong and durable, so it will not show signs of wear over time!
The cam is also made of lightweight alloy and remains very close to the body of the belay device, so it does not cause any disturbance during the belaying process. In the event of a fall, this cam will lift to pinch the rope and brake the fall.
Attention! It is an assisted braking device, but this does not mean that you should not keep your hands on the rope at all times!
