Fixe 8.0 Vignemale half rope climbing
Fixe 8.0 Vignemale is a climbing rope approved for double and twin use, ideal for all types of ascents and climbs. Its lightweight of only 41 g/m allows climbers to move almost without feeling weight or friction. It is recommended for ice climbing, mountaineering, mountain ascents, and mixed climbing (rock and ice) as well as for wall climbing. This lightweight and versatile rope is suitable for both winter and summer activities. The Vignemale is one of the great symbols of the Pyrenees. With its 3,299 meters, it is the highest peak of the axial chain of the Pyrenees. The surrounding environment is typically alpine, and its north face of 800 meters represents a great challenge for lovers of ice and rock climbing.

- Full Dry Treatment: Water-repellent treatment on the sheath and core. Makes the rope completely waterproof. Resistant to oils, fats, and water. Extends the life of the rope. UIAA water-repellent standard.
- Endurance Construction: Promotes sliding and extends durability. Braided with 36 strands.
- Finishes: Middle Mark: indicates the midpoint of the rope with a black mark.
- 8 Mark: marking system with a red mark to indicate that 8 meters remain to the end of the rope.
- Reflector: reflective indicator at both ends of the rope.
- Ultrasonic cutting: hardens the ends of the rope and protects them from wear.
