The resting ring allows for comfortable resting on the longer and more complicated via ferrata crossings, including the carabiner. The anchoring strap is made with an elastic part, bringing the energy absorber closer to the harness, making it more comfortable and eliminating the typical pendulum effect. Its compact energy-absorbing bag facilitates the transport and handling of the set. The protective pouch of the energy-absorbing strap is closed with Velcro, allowing it to be opened and checked for the good condition of the strap, thus enabling periodic checks. The ergonomic design of the carabiners makes them easy to handle. The carabiners are made of aluminum, and the two triggers are of different colors, thus avoiding possible errors in transitions from one lifeline to another. The energy absorber is conveniently transported in a bag included in the kit. Designed for climbers with experience in progressing on via ferrata. Particularly suitable for practicing long and demanding via ferratas. In places like the Dolomites (Italy), where the first via ferratas in history were built, the Ferratum Pro will always be up to the task.
