Fixe Puput Straight Carabiner is ideal for wall climbing, designed to comfortably attach to the plate thanks to its characteristic nose. Its large size offers very comfortable maneuverability. With a large friction area, it extends the life of the rope and the carabiner. The Puput is designed for intensive use in all types of wall activities. The name Puput refers to the bird Upupa epops, which also has a characteristic nose that inspired our carabiner.

The attachment is smoother and more precise than ever:
- Conical nose: Its pointed conical nose facilitates the insertion of the carabiner into plates, bolts, or other connecting elements precisely and smoothly, without snagging on any curve of the carabiner. At the same time, this geometry allows for easy route dismantling.
- Snag-free: The bottom of the nose is softened to facilitate the maneuver of unclipping the plate and the rope.
- Keylock: The Keylock closure prevents any snagging of the carabiner on the rope or the plate.
- Versatile dimensions: Its proportions offer great maneuverability in all situations on the wall. Height 100 mm, width 64 mm, with an opening of 24 mm. Made of 7075 aluminum.
Its work on the wall extends the life of your rope:
- Wide contact area: Its width of 10.5 mm allows the rope to work over a wider radius. This extends the useful life of both elements, rope and carabiner.
- Strength: Compliant with EN 12275 standard, its strengths are 22 kN vertically, 8 kN horizontally, and 8 kN vertically with the gate open.
