GripMonkeys Climbing Fingerboard is a perfect hangboard for training at home or in the gym. Do you want to improve your grade and finger strength? Dedicate a few hours a week to dry training on this hangboard and you'll see that the game is done.
GripMonkeys focused on functionality but also on aesthetics to create this hangboard: many of us have the hangboard attached to a wall at home. For this reason, having a hangboard that is not only functional but also nice to look at is not something to underestimate.
This hangboard is very special because it boasts a new feature that has never been seen before in the climbing world: we are indeed talking about a modular hangboard.
At home, you will receive 7 modules that you can easily assemble and arrange in any order you like. A metal bar holds them together, secured with two simple bolts. So if your training program includes exercises that require a different order, it is very easy to remove and rearrange as you prefer.
Each piece is 9 cm wide and almost all have three different depths of holds to accommodate most users: it is therefore perfect for both beginners and those who are already a bit more experienced.
Three modules have a good hold on the upper part. Our advice is to place two on the ends to warm up perfectly with pull-ups and hangs, and one in the center to practice the famous one-arm pull-up.
Two others have a sloping hold on the upper part, while the last two have an even more inclined sloping hold and feature two holds instead of the three present on all the other pieces. You will find both the largest and the smallest hold.
