Grivel G20 Plus LT Cramp-O-Matic automatic crampons

The G20+ LT Cramp-O-Matic Evo with forged points from Grivel is a lightweight single-point crampon for ice climbing, mixed climbing, and dry tooling, designed for steep and technical climbing where precision is essential. The single-point configuration allows for precise strikes on steep ice and small rock holds, enabling controlled and efficient movement even on the most vertical and structured lines. This version uses forged front points, a classic and extremely robust solution designed to withstand repeated impacts and ensure secure placement. The renowned LT construction reduces the overall weight of the structure to just 821 grams per pair thanks to optimized material thickness, maintaining durability for repeated use over time. To prevent snowball formation, the tool is equipped with a fixed rear proactive Antibott that maintains traction underfoot and a removable front Antibott, designed to further reduce weight when conditions do not require its use. The integrated attachment system is the Cramp-O-Matic Evo (marked COM), a fully automatic mechanism with a front metal bracket and micrometric rear lever, ideal for rigid mountaineering boots with notches on both the toe and heel. Adjustable for footwear sizes ranging from 37 to 48, the crampon meets the strict safety certifications CE EN 893 and UIAA 153. Finally, it utilizes Grivel Crampon System technology, which allows for the accommodation of interchangeable components and compatible accessories available separately, including the optional Razor front point for maximum performance on pure ice.
