Grivel The North Machine Ice + Thor Vario is a technical ice axe designed for high-level mountaineering, north faces, and ice climbing. Extremely versatile, it also accompanies the most demanding climbers on the most challenging adventures. The Vario system allows the use of different blades and accessories depending on the goal, including: Ice Vario, Total Ice Vario, Total Dry Vario, Katana Ice Vario, Dry Plus, Ice Blade, and Ice Plus Blade.
The G-bone handle features lateral grooves that increase strength and rigidity while reducing overall thickness. The ergonomic grip is shaped to protect the fingers, while the widia tip ensures greater durability on technical terrain.
Ideal for technical mountaineering, ice climbing, and classic mountaineering.
