The HOKA W Speedgoat 7 are women's trail running shoes designed to provide grip and responsiveness on technical terrain. This new version introduces an SCF midsole that increases energy return while maintaining the proven fit and traction, with targeted updates for comfort such as a revised heel collar and integration with a gaiter to limit debris entry.
\r\n\r\nThe cushioning is provided by a supercritical EVA foam that ensures a dynamic response, while the low-profile structure keeps the foot closer to the ground, promoting efficient propulsion. The platform is symmetrical and free of additional corrective technologies, designed to offer essential support without interference.
\r\n\r\nThe outsole with Vibram Megagrip compound and 5 mm lugs ensures grip on rock and traction on unstable terrain, also thanks to an updated lug orientation for mixed surfaces. The lightweight and breathable RPET fabric upper wraps the foot in comfort, while the elastic forefoot allows for natural expansion during running. The flat tongue with double bellows enhances stability and comfort over long distances.
