La Sportiva Tempesta GTX trail running shoes
La Sportiva Tempesta GTX are completely waterproof trail running shoes. With the Gore-Tex membrane, in addition to protecting your foot from water, the shoe is very breathable and also super flexible!
Great for winter training in preparation for spring sky races, Tempesta features a breathable anti-abrasion mesh upper. The lacing system is integrated into the inner upper and allows for very simple and quick adjustment of the internal volumes. Additionally, this innovative system makes the fit super snug without leaving air pockets inside.
The sole is particularly grippy and the FriXion Blue compound is suitable for all types of terrain, even the slipperiest or soft ones like ice and mud. Furthermore, this sole can be equipped with removable AT-Grip Spike studs.
The shoe comes up high on the ankle thanks to a collar with a small integrated internal gaiter (Sock-Shield technology): this not only significantly improves the fit but also prevents mud, stones, and snow from entering inside.
