La Sportiva Vega Woman is a women's ski mountaineering boot designed for long distances but especially to offer an ideal product for those seeking structure and stability in the most challenging descents without compromising the ascent.
The shell is made of Grilamid Carbon Reinforced, a lightweight and durable material that allows for reduced thickness and final weight of the product.
Thanks to the Vertebra Technology in carbon, it is easy to switch from skiing mode to walking mode with a shell rotation of up to 60° with the buckles closed.
The comfort of use is further enhanced by the EZ Flex technology, a joint located at the ankle that facilitates walking and foot rolling.
As for the fit, this is where we find the main innovations: the inner boot has been completely redesigned and is now designed to ensure stability and security in the upper part while being relieved in the ankle area to avoid uncomfortable compressions. The same has been done in the shell.
Regarding the closure systems, you will have a large velcro strap at the top to perfect the fit and four comfortable buckles with macro metric closure via a ratchet. However, you can rotate the hook for an even more precise and micrometric closure.
