Metolius Large Campus Rungs 5 pack list Pan Gullich
Metolius Large Campus Rung 5 pack are holds characterized by unbeatable edges for touch and consistency. Each piece is individually hand-sanded, and the holds have one side with a notch and one flat side. These Pan Gullich holds are 40 cm long and have an actual thickness of 32 mm (thickness with bevel 26 mm).
Already pre-drilled, the set includes mounting hardware.

The Pan Gullich is used for sport climbing training and is recommended for intermediate to advanced climbers. Below are two demonstration videos. Do not imitate ;)
