Mountain Hardwear Lamina 15F/-9C sleeping bag
The Mountain Hardwear Lamina 15F/-9°C sleeping bag is designed to maximize the loft of the insulation, reduce cold spots, and thermally distribute the insulation in areas that require more warmth.
Intended for camping use, it features a patented Welded Laminate construction that enhances the volume of insulation and eliminates cold spots. The Thermal.Q insulation, made up of 60% recycled material, retains its insulating properties even in humid conditions and helps reduce environmental impact. The standard mummy cut offers a balance between thermal efficiency, warmth, and comfort.
The shaped collar helps retain warm air inside the bag, while the custom-designed hood reduces drafts and helps seal in heat. The shaped footbox follows the natural position of the foot to improve comfort and thermal insulation in the lower area.
The outer fabric is 30D ripstop nylon with a DWR treatment, lightweight and compressible. There is a No. 5 two-way zipper with an anti-snag system that facilitates entry, exit, and ventilation, accompanied by a reflective pull tab. Side configurations with left and right zippers are available to allow for zip coupling functionality.
The bag includes a nylon compression sack and a mesh storage sack. The fabric material is 30D ripstop nylon weighing 51 g/m². The insulation is synthetic, and the approximate weight is 1431 g. The internal length is 218 cm in the Regular version and 234 cm in the Long version, with a capacity for users up to 182 cm in the Regular and up to 198 cm in the Long. The shoulder circumference is 152 cm in the Regular and 157 cm in the Long, while the compressed volume of the bag in the Regular version is 8.4 L.
The temperature range is divided into comfort at -4°C, limit at -9°C, and extreme at -27°C.
