S stands for Short and indicates the length of the back, in fact, the Trad 26 S features a shorter back system compared to a traditional backpack and is especially suitable for women and men with a short back.
The backpack has a lightweight design that you can further lighten by 120 grams by removing the High Flex Contact frame and the removable lumbar support, if necessary.
The third aspect that places the Trad 26 S among the top-of-the-line backpacks is the Recco SAR I reflector, a detector that allows for the location of injured or trapped individuals even in hard-to-reach areas.
With the perimeter front opening or from the hood, you can comfortably access the contents with one hand.
The Trad 26 S is completed with straps to secure the rope, gear loops for ice axes, poles, helmets, and compression straps useful not only for compacting the load but also for securing and transporting your skis.
