Owl Climb Poker hangboard
Owl Climb Poker is a simple hangboard to use but offers you many different training possibilities. Unique in its kind, the peculiarity of this hangboard is that once you mount the brackets provided to the wall, you can choose the direction to use the hangboard.
If you do not have all the holds that your gym offers, you need not fear losing strength due to not being able to train a certain grip. With Poker, you have various types of grips available, especially at different depths.
Depending on the exercise you want to do, all you need to do is rotate the hangboard on its brackets to have everything listed below. Genius, right? This allows you to perform many different exercises with more or less weight added!
Specifically, the external notches distributed on four faces have variable depths depending on the side (25-20-15-10 mm). The same goes for the one or two-finger holes, which range from 40 to 30 and then again 25 and 20 mm. The central area is equipped with a notch dedicated to one-arm work, which also varies in depth (30-25-20-15 mm).
