Petzl Absorbica-Y Tie-Back double positioning lanyard for work at height
The double positioning lanyard for work at height Petzl Absorbica-Y Tie-Back consists of a double lanyard with elastic ends, a textile energy absorber, and two intermediate Tie-Back connectors.
The latter are quickly accessible for the rescuer even if the person is suspended on their lanyard during a fall.
The lanyard works with a user weight between 50 and 130 kg and is designed to ensure maximum safety during progression on vertical structures and when passing through fractions.
The ends of the 150 cm version are elastic to not hinder progression.
Depending on the use you need to make of it, you have two installation options on the harness.
- frequent connections/disconnections: with a carabiner held in the correct position by a positioning accessory String (provided with the lanyard) or with a Micro Swivel to prevent twisting,
- almost permanent connection: with an openable Ring Open whose circular shape ensures optimal positioning or with a Swivel Open to prevent twisting.
This version does not include connectors.
