Description
The Am'D PIN-LOCK by Petzl (pack of 10) is an asymmetric D-shaped aluminum carabiner designed for group use, such as in adventure parks or guided courses. Its PIN-LOCK system prevents the gate from being opened by the user; it can only be unlocked by the operator using a specific tool, significantly reducing the risk of unintentional or unauthorized opening. Compatible with the CAPTIV bar to ensure load on the major axis, prevent rotation, and maintain the correct orientation with the attached device. The Keylock nose prevents the gate from snagging, and the H-shaped structure protects the markings and improves the strength-to-weight ratio. Durable and reliable, it has a strength of 27 kN on the major axis, 8 kN on the minor axis, and 7 kN with the gate open. It is available individually or in packs of ten, with unlocking tools included.
