Petzl Bug climbing backpack
Petzl Bug is an 18-liter backpack designed for everyday use and long weekend routes. The compact and ergonomic shape fits snugly against the back to enhance mobility, while the top opening allows easy access to the contents even when at a stop. The volume is designed to carry necessary equipment, such as harness, climbing shoes, and clothing.
It integrates numerous accessories dedicated to the mountains and everyday life: side compression straps, adjustable webbing to secure the rope on top of the backpack, adjustable and removable hip belt, and adjustable sternum strap. There is a large external zip pocket for quick access, a padded internal compartment for a laptop or hydration bladder, and two internal zip pockets for small items. Completing the features is a removable helmet holder net and a bottom covered in high-density fabric to increase durability. The padded ergonomic shoulder straps contribute to comfort during transport.
The backpack is made according to an eco-design approach, with fabric and webbing made from 100% recycled polyester. The construction includes the use of TPU, 100% recycled polyester, EVA, polyurethane, polyamide, and aluminum. The weight is 665 g and it is available in three colors.
