Problem Solver Monolit portable mono grip
Problem Solver Monolit is a small device that you can always carry with you to train for climbing and increase your finger strength level.
Made of wood, there are three different grip modes: you can hold it inside the existing hole, in the deep hole of 20 mm, or you can also pinch it (thickness 54 mm).
You can train with both hangs or pulls, so by hanging this grip, but you can also attach the grip to a machine or a pulley and lift weight plates.
Additionally, you can also use Monolit as a TRX and train both arms and fingers at the same time.
Very useful to use for rehabilitation purposes after an injury.
Sold with its cord.
