Raumer Placchetta Rock Ø10 + Ring + Carabiner R5000

The Raumer stainless steel anchor consists of a 10 mm diameter Rock stainless steel plate, a 10 mm round connecting ring, and a carabiner R 5000. The presence of the carabiner, unlike just the ring, makes it perfect for descents and safety in top rope with the upper rope system.
WARNING: This anchor is made of AISI 316L stainless steel but is also available in Marine version, which is even more resistant to corrosion due to agents present near marine environments. The Raumer company performs a treatment for marine stainless steel that is divided into three phases: Solubilization - Pickling - Passivation. The icon of a stylized fish with the word INOX inside distinguishes the marine line from its normal version. Below you will find information about the technology used for this type of product.
Raumer is a company based in Schio, in the province of Vicenza, specialized in the production of equipment for various sports: climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, and speleology. The company was founded in 1992 by Cesare Raumer, the owner. He has managed to combine his deep passion for mountains, nature, and speleology with mechanical technology. The strength of the company has always been the use of AISI 304 stainless steel in the production of anchors. Currently, thanks to continuous experiences and acquired knowledge, AISI 316L stainless steel is used, which is even more resistant to abrasion.
