WARNING:/u00a0This anchor is made of AISI 316L steel but is also available in a Marine version, which is further resistant to corrosion due to agents present near marine environments. The company Raumer performs a treatment for marine stainless steel divided into three phases: Solubilization - Pickling - Passivation. Raumer is a company based in Schio, in the province of Vicenza, specialized in the production of hardware for various sports: climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, and speleology. The company was founded in 1992 by Cesare Raumer, the owner. He has managed to combine his deep passion for the mountains, nature, and speleology with mechanical technology. The strong point has always been the use of AISI 304 stainless steel in the production of anchors. Currently, following continuous experiences and acquired knowledge, AISI 316L stainless steel is used, which is even more resistant to abrasion.
