The Superstar chemical bolt from Raumer is one of the most widely used options available. Its dimensions (10x120) and lightweight design make it particularly versatile. The knurled profile of the shank increases resistance to extraction forces.
The eyelet has an asymmetrical shape, ideal for use on walls, and provides ample space to simultaneously introduce two carabiners.
It is also possible to pass the rope directly through the eyelet and use the bolt for top-rope climbing, as the smooth internal profile minimizes the risk of damaging the rope sheath. The matte finish of the Superstar makes it very discreet, ensuring low visibility on the rock face.
