The upper is made of PET yarn with knit technology, without production waste thanks to the most advanced technologies in the treatment of biodegradable materials. The same applies to the Presa sole made with a biodegradable EVA midsole of medium density and a tread made of biodegradable compound and natural rubber. This way, you will have maximum stability and excellent grip and durability. The lacing is the classic Extended Lacing system extended to the toe, derived from climbing, which allows you maximum customization and comfort of fit.
Thanks to these choices and the technologies used, SCARPA ensures that at the end of the decomposition process, no traces of plastics remain in the environment.
