The Extender UL Pro by Skylotec is an ultralight sling ideal for sport climbing, mountaineering, and big walls. Made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), this tapered sling offers an exceptional weight-to-strength ratio, ensuring a minimum strength of 22.00 kN with minimal bulk. Its smart design features a variable width profile, ranging from 25 mm to 16 mm, specifically designed to provide optimal grip and a secure hold when it is necessary to grab the quickdraw during the most challenging moves. Thanks to its reduced thickness, the product is extremely flexible and low-profile in the harness, making it perfect for long routes and aid climbing where every gram counts. This specific version has a length of 17 cm, a net weight of only 0.01 kg, and complies with the EN 566:2017 standard as well as UIAA safety standards. Designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, it maintains its mechanical properties in a temperature range from -30 °C to 40 °C, ensuring reliable performance in every season. The color combination of gray and blue makes it easily distinguishable in the gear.
