Description
The Thunder Hammer by Skylotec is a lightweight and perfectly balanced rock hammer, specifically designed for classic alpine routes, aid climbing, and big wall climbing. The head, made of galvanized and tempered steel, features an optimal weight distribution that ensures excellent performance in placing protection, and it also includes a functional hole for attaching to the Hammer Lodge hammer holder, included in the package. The lightweight alloy handle is covered with a rubberized and ergonomic grip that ensures a firm and comfortable hold even in the most severe conditions, operating smoothly in an extreme temperature range from -40 °C to 80 °C. To enhance usability and prevent accidental loss of the tool during more hectic maneuvers, the hammer is equipped with a new low-profile elastic connection strap, making the Thunder Hammer a reliable, precise, and indispensable partner for every technical climber.
