This Smog set consists of 6 holds to create your climbing Pan-Gullich, both at home and in the gym.
The holds are made of sturdy eco-friendly Tulip wood and are divided into three sizes, all 40 cm long. You will find holds of all sizes perfect for training your beloved fingers: you can do both hangs with or without added weight, and you can also significantly improve your dynamic and explosive strength.
They have one flat edge and one slightly inclined downwards to enhance grip (the thickness of the edge actually increases by 2 mm compared to those listed below)
