Wild Country Friends is the new friend designed by the English brand and intended for traditional climbing.
The New Friends features a two-axis construction and a single stem. The model takes inspiration from the first friend invented in the 1970s by the genius of Mark Vallance and is available in three sizes.
The operation of this tool is enhanced by the construction in lightweight 6082 alloy forged hot, which, along with the particular shape of the cams and axes (cables), contributes to making the friend extremely light as well.
The double axes allow for better utilization of the friend's movement to increase placement capacity.
The 12 mm dyneema webbing can be used single to extend protection or double to increase tensile strength.
