This hangboard is indeed distributed across three fundamental levels: at the bottom of the hangboard, there are notches for 2, 3, and 4 fingers suitable for more experienced users due to their reduced depth. In the central band, however, you will find the same holds but with a wider depth. You will also find a very deep mono finger hold in the center.
In the last row of holds, there are very deep four-finger pockets suitable for all users: if you are a climbing veteran, you can do plenty of pull-ups with added weight, while if you are new to climbing and are purchasing a hangboard because you are temporarily at home and don’t want to lose any of your gains, you can maintain your strength with some good hangs.
Finally, don’t forget that at the top there are two slopers and two good external holds to warm up or to finish off with some pull-ups.
