Explore climbing XC Evo-X is a climbing beam made of wood and perfect for your home workouts.
In fact, if you are looking for the perfect tool to raise your rank not being able to train in the gym or on the crag, this beam is for you.
All the dimensions, thicknesses and inclinations of the grips are perfectly designed to make everything super workout and as less traumatic as possible on the fingers.
In the upper part you have available grips to train the flat hand: two flares of 32.5 ° and 40 ° and a central one to train the single arm inclined by 10 °.
In the central part of the beam, on the other hand, there are various holds, all symmetrical with different depths: this therefore allows you to vary the intensity of your training but also to diversify the exercises.
Important note is that the hole for two fingers has two different depths for index and middle fingers.
