SCARPA Rapid GTX men’s approach shoes

SCARPA Rapid GTX are men’s approach shoes designed for quick movement on mountainous terrain. Ideal for technical trails and approaches to climbing walls, they are easy to attach to the harness and perform well on various types of ground.

The upper, equipped with a Gore Tex membrane, is made of technical mesh with an external TPU cage that provides support, durability, and protection. The fit is snug and precise, thanks to the internal Sock-Fit LW construction system that avoids pressure points, wrapping the foot and ensuring greater stability.

The EVA midsole with differentiated density absorbs impacts and increases comfort, while a TPU insert located in the midfoot area enhances stability. In the forefoot, the Dynamic Protection System has been added, which not only protects the foot but also provides greater propulsion and responsiveness with every step. The outsole is made of Vibram Megagrip compound, the best you can wish for in terms of grip. There is also a climbing zone that helps you tackle the most technical passages.
